Attendance, Lateness and Payment Policy
ANDO International Inc. requires compliance with its attendance, lateness and payment policy. All training participants are required to read, understand and sign the following ANDO school policy requirements. By checking the box, students agree to the attendance, lateness and payment policy.

Participant understands that participation in this training is a result of his/her own choice and agreement in the registration process. Therefore, it is his/her responsibility to arrive on time for all the required training sessions.

All students are expected to be on time and to remain in attendance until the end of the training day. It is advisable to be 15 minutes early for the class to process paperwork.

The participant understands that all required training modules must be completed in order to take the final examination and/or to receive credit for the course. If students are late or absent from any training module, he/she may be denied credit for the module.

Participant understands that excessive lateness and absences will be grounds for termination from the class with no refund or credit.

Participant understands that 30 minutes lateness, or more, from the class will result in an additional charge to cover the make-up session. Please, view the following make up price list: ½ Hour Late -$50; 1 Hour Late - $75; 1 Day Absence - $400.

Participants are not allowed to make up missed time for online courses, therefore lateness or absence during online refresher courses will result in the participant being removed from the course with no refund.

Participant understands that according to regulations make up session needs to be conducted within 14 days from the first day of the class. Participant will be required to schedule the day and time of the make up with the instructor for makeup because they need to coordinate with him/her availability and contingent on instructor/proctor availability.

Certificates/Diplomas are released to client when all balances are paid in full and all necessary paperwork/documents are received by ANDO International. If your company pays for your course we require authorization from your company to relinquish certificates/diplomas to individuals.

Failure to provide necessary paperwork/documents within 5 days of completion of course will result in the course being invalidated and not recorded with the applicable agency. No refunds or credits will be issued.

ANDO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient enrollment or over enrollment. ANDO will process refunds if requested. By default, your account will be credited with the payment amount made and applied to any future invoices. If eligible, you will receive a credit note to your email.

Course Registration Policy
To secure your spot in the course, a 50% deposit is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the first day of class.
Payment Terms:
• Deposit: 50% of the course total is due at registration.
• Balance Due: Remaining balance must be paid in full during the first day of class in order to continue training.
Additional Notes:
• Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. If deposit is not made, registration is not
confirmed, and your spot can be made available to someone else in the course waiting list.
• Payments can be made via cash, check, or card payment.
• Failure to pay the balance on the first day of class may result in forfeiture of the deposit and your seat in the course.
Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 5 business days before the scheduled course will receive a full refund.

Credit: Cancellations made up to 3 business days before the scheduled course will receive a credit for the amount paid, which can be applied to a future course but not refunded.

No Refund or Credit: Cancellations made within 3 business days of the scheduled course or in the case of a no-show will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
